Please note: the modification is done purely on the headlight unit itself, after removing it from the plastic front cowl (fairing).
2. Mounting the Optics: Remove the factory reflector bowl, then position and bolt down the new Bi-LED projector using our custom bracket and the extra stabilizing mounts.
3. Connecting the Electronics: Run the new heavy-duty wiring harness through and plug it into your motorcycle’s factory power sockets.
4. Resealing the Unit: After thoroughly cleaning the interior, reseal the headlight hermetically using professional-grade butyl sealant to prevent any future fogging or moisture build-up.
